Behind every declaration stands the NUTRITUS team for food law and nutrition calculation. It structures your recipe, calculates nutrition values per Art. 31(4), checks allergen duties per Annex II and QUID requirements, and documents everything per Art. 9 FIC. Final release is carried out by a professionally qualified reviewer. Every declaration follows the EU rounding guidance of December 2012, and every document carries the name of the person who released it.
